@zor: 1) She is a local. 2) Cheetahs aren't a threat to humans. They are easily tamed and people have been doing so for thousands of years. If anything, her making them "feel safe" will only hasten their extinction.

But since she did it successfully, I can only admire her courage.

These animals aren't going to be harmed by being habitualised, as they aren't going to be released into the wild again. It's clearly not a wild situation, Cheetahs just don't gather in groups like that naturally. This is in their reserve and these are animals that will benefit from being tamed.
