RFlaggsays...Beet me my less than a minute. Curse taking time trying to figure out what tags to use.

EDIT: I probably should have submitted this one first then the related one....
siftbotsays...Sunscreen Works, If You Use it Right has been added as a related post - related requested by RFlagg.
RFlaggsays...Okay then, since I was a minute late on the sift, I'll *promote instead.
siftbotsays...Promoting this video and sending it back into the queue for one more try; last queued Thursday, August 14th, 2014 4:04am PDT - promote requested by RFlagg.
CelebrateApathysays...It would be interesting to do a demo of this with spay-on suntan lotion to see what level of coverage you are actually getting. I always use the spray-on stuff for convenience but feel I may not be getting full coverage with it.
eric3579says...It seems the light also detects if you have a cap or crown on your teeth (notice the front tooth of the last women). I assume that's what that is.
notarobotsays...Remember, wear sunscreen.
EvilDeathBeesays...If they were to do a remake of They Live, this would be a cool way to display the world through the glasses.
Having said that... please don't do a remake of They Live, Hollywood
SFOGuysays...Me too lol.
So cool.

lucky760jokingly says...*quality
Even makes me want to put sunscreen on my flawless skin if you can believe it.
siftbotsays...Boosting this quality contribution up in the Hot Listing - declared quality by lucky760.
newtboysays...Wow, that makes me SO afraid to think what my skin must look like under UV. I've had severe Texas sun burns repeatedly, not good.
On a side note, are these people in trouble now for doing 'black face'?
moonsammysays...How much does it cost to get a camera that can do this? I assume it's rather specialized equipment...
dagsays...Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag.(show it anyway)
I've been hearing some dissenting voices on the sunscreen argument. The idea being that sun *burns* are what damage the skin, and some amount of sun tan actually prevents that. Also, the health benefits of vitamin D - though there's been some research that sunscreen doesn't block it. http://www.smh.com.au/lifestyle/beauty/does-sunscreen-block-vitamin-d-20130617-2odov.html
If I had a Northern European complexion I would use it, my choice is to just avoid the rays.

mxxconsays...Further proof once you go black, you never go back.
entr0pysays...That's weird how they're implying freckles are unhealthy. They're just patches of melanin.
Still, great photography. And I can't think of a better way to convince people that sunscreen works.
jmdsays...Which he must have gotten from a second hand thrift store considering the number of hot pixels in the video.

Paybacksays...A couple of those people had contacts in. Looked like something from GoT.
jimnmssays...@moonsammy At 1:52 and 2:42 you can see it's just an off the shelf Canon DSLR. I'm assuming it has some sort of filter that only allows UV light through.
@jmd I don't think those are hot pixels. Notice the spots aren't always in the same place, and in some scenes aren't there at all. In the last scene the spot only shows up as the UV filter slides over, so it's possibly dust on the lens, filter or sensor.
