Kirsten Dunst - Akihabara Majokko Princess

sme4rsays...

Wow, I didn't realize she was so deep in the gutter. Nothing screams, "Restart my career" like a low budget music video. Invoke Cute someone, credit where credit is due.

Fuck, that was bloody terrible. "I know, let's just put in some shots of anime porn to make it seem 'edgy'"
URgh

I think those are just ads that happened to be nearby the shoot. It's the Akihabara district, after all. Soft porn adverts and people dancing around in strange costumes is sort of par for the course around there.

I like Kirsten Dunst, and I think she's really cute. But that doesn't save this horrible soulless piece of sellout pandering.

We all make mistakes. Especially when our careers are suffering. I hope her next movies do well.

At the age of 12, Dunst gained widespread recognition playing the role of vampire Claudia in Interview with the Vampire (1994).

OMG ROTFL I didn't notice, that's why she had somewhat a familiar face...

This is more fun when you keep in mind that this song is supposed to be about a guy about to "arrive"...at least according to one of the original band members, theres a vid online somewhere with David Mitchell talking about it. Should be worth a sift.

I actually liked it. Not at all the comments I was expecting. Maybe she was just doing it for fun and/or she likes anime. Jaded-ism is getting a little cliche.

I'm hoping that if I concentrate on this video long enough tonight, it will burn into my subconscious to the point that I can have anime Kirsten Dunst in my dreams turning me Japanese.

I agree. Lighten up, people! I love you Japan. Don't ever change.>> ^kraun124:

Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag.(show it anyway)

It's hip to hate on Japanese culture because the recent manga/anime/otaku/cosplay craze has peaked. It's just like KISS in 1982 - and Macs. (sorry for the obscure references to past threads. That's how I roll.)>> ^JesseoftheNorth:

Since when was any of us saying anything bad about Japan? It's Kirstin Dunst and her god awful performance in this that's completely worthless.

Gee some people are touchy.

KrazyKat42says...

The original song was about masturbation. Turning Japanese is the cross-eyed look a guy gets as he acheives orgasm while jacking off. Listen to the lyrics one more time...

Actually no, it is not.
