Dissatisfied Customer Wrecks The Place

Highway to Hell soundtracks this kamikaze mission in three acts:

1. Customer brings his Suzuki SUV back to the dealership to have a faulty shock replaced.
2.Dealership refuses.
3.Customer becomes incensed and takes it out on the showroom, destroying his own car and several others in the process.

Don’t miss the security guard’s pitiful attempt at knocking on the customer’s windows to get him to stop.

At first I frankly wasn't terribly impressed with his efforts, but in the end I think he did an admirable job.

Also Nissan, not Suzuki.

edit: My mistake. The car being used as a battering ram is in fact a Suzuki though the dealership is Nissan. Maybe that's the problem right there... why would a Nissan dealership replace Suzuki parts under warranty? Just askin'.

This is what an "asshole move" looks like in Russia. In the US an asshole move is parking in the handicapped zone, or... I guess mass murder at your high school... nevermind.

YouTube description (via Google Translate) says:

April 7, 2012, a driver in the car Suzuki Grand Vitara, rode in his car in the showroom Nissan Pelican Auto and gave it a pogrom. There is little information, showroom not comment on the circumstances. It seems no one was hurt ...

Comment witness:
The man on the Grand Vitara, drove straight into the cabin, and called in like 2 times from different angles, twisted on itself, and the cabin has finally parked in the middle of the cash department. Outcome not weak, raskurocheno passenger compartment floor, crumpled at least two demonstration vehicles (X-Trail and Qashqai), completely demolished wall of cash on the street crushed Patrol for a test drive. Thank God, he was told no one was hurt, the girls from the cash register had time to rebound.

Nothing about faulty shocks.

Ahhh Russia. Walls of cash on the street. Probably Rubles so that's why no one grabs them.

There is another view, including outside views, referenced from the article @eric3579 links to. This one was posted by Pavel Belyaev, with description googletranslated as follows:

To avoid any rumors or speculation on the fact of the events which occurred in our showroom April 7, 2012, we decided to provide full information about the incident, the chronology of events and make videos taken by surveillance cameras inside the cabin, and on the street.

The application and the timing of events http://www.pelican.ru/uploads/smi/smi2.pdf

The pdf describes the driver as a regular customer, Kustov Michael A., born in 1971, an obstetrician-gynecologist. It also says that before the incident he had been kept waiting for his car, but not excessively. If you don't read Russian, put the URL of the pdf into google translate and it will convert it.
