Lol, I remember seeing like 5 people do a swing like this off a bridge, and even though it was over water, when the cable broke, the impact still sent them to hospital with broken backs and internal bleeding.

That would require her to only have gained momentum by swinging away from the building with the rope already taut. She's gained a ton of momentum from the free-fall which may (looks probable) be enough to bring her back past the fulcrum.

Lucky for her the sudden jolt when she reached the end of the rope didn't break her back or cause internal damage (that we know of). Many climbing accident deaths are due the body sustaining the shock of a sudden stop from safety equipment. Now they design most of it to "give way" to slow you down before stopping you completely.
