Wrong woman to rob--Undercover cop!

But of course if he didn't do it they would kill him. Sure, that's what evey body says!

Also, I find it funny,

Him, "Are you a cop?"

Her, "No."

Him, "Had to ask."

Me, "What an idiot?!"

I have heard that various "entrapment" laws say that an officer cannot lie to a suspect (?), so for drug deals and prostitution stings (I think), if they say "no I'm not a cop", whatever illegal action they arrest a person for is not up-holdable in court. Someone know more about this? I could see her just being a civilian that's under the employ of the police department for that reason, but that would mean the titles off. Meh!

No. They cannot coerce you to do something that you probably wouldn't do. In fact, ex., a Latin King bust down here was completely thrown out because an informant threatened his ex-members, and they knew the guy was crazy so they feared for their lives...

As far as lying goes--fair game. Otherwise there would be no need for undercover-anythings....

But in all seriousness, this warondrugs set up BS probably cost some astronomical sum to nab a guy who might have just become desperate trying to keep Citibank from foreclosing on him.

and have little to no real impact on the amount of drugs in the street, now the amount of people in prison is another story

@notarobot and @GeeSussFreeK

Still, desperate or not, I would rather loose my house than this. Okay, the woman is fine, now what would have happened if she would have struggled (If she wasn't a cop) and the gun would have went off? It didn't but then this was a very controlled situation.

Another thing, I use my vote to try and change the law. This guy just gave up his right, just like millions of others in jails and prisons, and those who don't vote because they are too busy living the high life, so to speak. I.e., being lazy.

Yes, stop the war on America (Drugs) But if you are not part of the solution (This guy in the vid) then sorry, do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars.

Yeah, without knowing anything about the situation, I think it's safe to assume that the guy with the gun is the real victim here. I mean I'm sure he wouldn't threaten to kill her if he didn't have a good reason. Look at him.

Because saying "might" means you just assumed something to be true.

^Unless the guy who told him to go rob the woman in the car all the cameras was an undercover cop too!

There is a full version of this video out there that gives more insight into what is going on in this video. The gun was loaded but not chambered and you get the see the other guy who sets up the robbery. In the full video, the other guy admits that they both planned on robbing her because they are broke. neither man had any drugs. Both guys are arrested for very serious charges.
