Well.. I was aware of the "fl. oz." thing on cans, but wasn't consciously aware that was also just called an 'ounce'. Kinda strange to hear that word applied to a volume.

Yea I saw her on some talk show mixing drinks. Not your typical drink but classic drinks with a history behind them. I do believe she's written at least one book on the subject.
