What rights are you seeking exactly? You must understand your rights cannot supersede others' rights. Basically, you can't have sex with adolescents under the legal age of consent where you live for the following reasons (from the wiki on ephebophilia):

-- Some (I would say most) adolescents are unable to understand the physical, emotional, and social consequences of sexual activity
-- Adult sexual relations with adolescents can be an abuse of power, using psychological coercion.
-- Sexual relations with adolescent girls can lead to pregnancy and parenthood, for which adolescents may not be prepared emotionally and/or financially.

The key is genuine consent:
All parties must be fully aware and capable of making the decision. Therefore, all are adults, there's no coercion, all are free to back out at any time, etc.

I would agree polygamous relationships should be legal (technically they already are in most states) but I would argue that we should keep marriage between just two people. Divorce proceedings/child custody battles/tax filing are already messy enough without adding yet another dimension to the mix. For me it's more a matter of practicality and ease of legal proceedings than any sort of moral objection.

While I think that's a good point, aren't child custody issues kinda orthogonal to the marriage question?

As you say, most jurisdictions don't have a law banning polygamous relationships, and there's no reason a child can't arise out of such a relationship. We already deal with issues of child custody where there are multiple partners involved.
