G20: Epic Undercover Police Fail

"Saturday September 26 2009: Three undercover officers attempt to infiltrate a March Against Police Brutality at the University of Pittsburgh, but fail miserably due to their horrendous disguise attempts. During the march, one of them breaks a photographer's camera. This is just one example of a larger pattern of attempts to silence the media during the G20 protests. "

"The guy on the left is standing with his hands crossed in front. that's how a lot of military stand, In front or in the back. "

Channel Lies: because the are pretending to be protesters... but are not!

Despite the fact that organizing an anti police brutality rally during G20 is a stupid attempt at attention mongering, if those were cops that's fucked up.

Of course, if the anarchists whiny bitches really wanted to stop that shit from happening they would just stop wearing masks and bandannas like that and show their faces.

c'mon guys they are demonstrating their rights to mime statues during rallies

I'm starting a protest at the next G20 to support mime rights and at the protest I'll break out windows of local businesses to support my cause

Sounds like someone has never protested and doesn't understand how much the police/military/national guard/private security forces can fu** with your life if they know who you are...

Several news organizations were raided under false pretenses and all their audio/video/computer equipment taken "as evidence" to be returned weeks later at the national political conventions (e.g. - that NY group that broke the stories about NY police brutalities and blatant false official statements.) Most of the footage was from journalists embedded with the police, journalists that have national renown (like Amy Goodman - who was arrested anyway), or people who hid where they were staying so the police couldn't raid them.

There are several cases of instigators from the police trying to incite violence at a peaceful protest for, essentially, PR and crackdown purposes. One notable case up on Canada - I don't remember the details, but I saw the sift here. And many more cases of illegal behavior with a barely-shamefaced apology... only because they were caught.

Well, my point is that I don't think that you know what you are talking about, but you are more than welcome to your opinion.

added note: I don't support the breaking of personal property. I understand the argument that some people make for it, but I believe that people doing that are completely in the wrong.

*whispered* John -"Doug, I don't think these disguises are working..."
*whispered* Doug -"I told you these masks where a stupid idea!"
*whispered* Tedd -"Weeee gotta trrrry and fiiiit innnnn...!"
*To the guy next to him* Doug- "Hey... Dude. After we stick it to the Man, do you want to chill at a crib and smoke some dope? Maybe after that we can burn an American flag. Huh?"
*fake smile from behind the mask*

Oh wow, a bunch of whiny protesters bitching about something they know nothing about (there's a shocker). And how is this a an "epic fail" exactly? These 3 guys don't admit that they're cops, they don't say "oh shit" and run away, people just assume they're cops (they could just be assholes) and use some lame-ass chant to finger them? Whatever. I'd down-vote if I could. This is hardly controversial.

I can't imagine why police might profile the people attending a rally chanting "F@#$ the police!". Neither do I see any evidence of these guys doing anything wrong(except some guy claiming his camera got broken), even if we assume they are police, which we have no evidence of either.
Call me an agent of the future police state, but the most offensive thing I see in the video is the protesters chanting 'F@#$ the police". It's their right to offensive speech if they want though, just like whoever the 'mystery' guys are have the right to just stand around with them. The video though not only fails to create any sympathy in me for the protesters, it actually lowered my opinion of them.

Well, -someone- is lying...but I'm not at all sure it's police doing it. I smell some reverse astroturfing...

Or maybe they're just trying to make it look like it's reverse astroturfing, when it's actually double reverse astroturfing. Didja ever think of that?

I think you're a bit out of whack there. It's obviously protesters trying to make us think its police pretending to be protesters that are awesomely disguised as police who are poorly disguised as protesters.

Any info to back this statement up. Sounds kind of dumb to me. I know there are a lot of confused people out there but 10 minutes on YouTube will educate you about Police Brutality.
