I really hope the kid appreciates how long dad will be sleeping on the couch.

Actually, that car seat is more like something out of NASCAR. Probably walk away giggling in anything less than massive structural damage or fire.

One year later

Wow...dad needs to tighten the bolts on the passenger seat badly! If he wrecked, that seat would just flop forward and crush his kid. MAINTENANCE, people...it matters!!!!
