Family Guy still has some good jokes but they have been getting lazy by not animating a 2min + scene every episode (Talking about Meg in the kitchen, the tap recorder doing the Slater joke, Conway Twitty...)

Why is this in the gay channel? Because the SS are in swimming gear when in and around water? That's hardly homoerotic. A couple of agents splashing water ... ok, that's odd, but hardly makes the clip about homosexuality.

I actually only started watching the Simpsons around 2004 and it is still funny.

And why the sudden PC feeling about the Gay channel? That ending was super gay and stewie is regularly shown as gay?

The f bomb is dropped pretty consistently in Family Guy; bleeped out on television, unbleeped on the DVDs.

Just think, if MacFarlane hadn't fucked up his travel arrangements on 9/11, we'd remember him as a lost genius and not as the guy who shit out American Dad.

This really all comes down to one thing: some TV shows transcend the medium, and some stay in it and only merely elevate it a bit (which isn't saying much). Maybe family guy is sort of ok, but like Battlestar, its not GREAT, so get over it. And as far as them taking that pathetic whack at the sopranos at the end, I dont think McFarlane should really be shit-talking the narrative stability of a show like the Sopranos. The Sopranos gave us years of concomitant narrative grace and experimentation, which sadly cannot be said for one single episode of family guy.

And I can't believe this is on the top. For shame.

Well, BSG is like bold and beautiful in space(i.e. spacecrap(oh how fun and futile it is to fight about taste, right?)). And looks like someone(kronosposeidon) is crying for SIMPSONS DID IT, which is rather weak

Simpsons never was nor will be as funny as Family Guy(well, not to me anyway(opinions, opinions...).
