It could very well be genuine. Down south they have crap like that all over the place. One church down the street where we used to live had one lame phrase posted after another. Every other week something religiously "clever" would give us a giggle on our way home.

I wish now I photographed them.

My favorite signs were the ones on the way to the beach. I remember one huge billboard on hwy 52 on the way to Charleston that said "REPENT NOW OR BURN IN HELL!!!"

Stupid crazy shit like this all over the place.

It's certainly real. The pastor of that church was on the news, explaining the demoralization of our country, blah blah blah.

I'm guessing he got his girlfriend to agree to a threesome, then he couldn't get it up. So now he hates lesbians. And he's in the perfect profession for it!

It is real. It is based on the following two ideas:

1) Homosexual behavior is wrong. This is stated countless times in the Christian Bible.

2) Sin without repentance is death. This is stated countless times in the Christian Bible.

Sooo, it naturally will wind up on a church sign. Big freakin deal. Who cares?

What the sign SHOULD say is: NO MATTER WHAT SIN, God has already taken the punishment for it, so REJOICE!
