Wolfram Alpha has been released.

And apparently it's got at least one answer right so far:

In other news however, it is a tad more disappointing than I had hoped, but imagine it will improve with time. Here are a few more fun ones:

and for the sake of irony, I "wolframmed" "google"

By the way, I claim the coinage of "wolframmed" or perhaps just "wolfed"? "Rammed"?

Everyone knows the heart of the internet is sex.

"Hot Babes" = "I don't know what to do with that"

"Sex" = "Assuming Sex is a word, use it as a book."

...
Yay, a glorified Dictionary. A direct line to the a panel of the dullest English and science teachers you've ever met.

Run Google... Run for your lives.

Yea I thought this thing would be awesome but it fell short of answering my mathematical inquiries. Oh well their parent website mathworld.wolfram.com still has the answers. I would think they're linked up so I figure it's the search that's a little buggered up.

disappointing so far but i'm hoping it'll improve as more knowledge is introduced, plus it's very US-centric at the moment, which is frustrating but understandable at this point. finally, the fact that it doesn't know the answer to this question baffles me. all the world records should've been inputted a long time ago.

and half a million daily page views per day for vs?! if that's true you chaps should be making a fucking fortune.
