rottenseedsays...he's my secret supplemental physics instructor.
rottenseedsays...You know how hard it would be to take notes in that guy's class without having a pause button. I'm always equipped with a straight edge and this guy just whips through lines like it's nothing.
Boise_Libsays...If I were in his class I'd have to eat a bunch of beans one day.
grintersays...That is amazing.. how does he do this? The ability to draw dotted lines on a chalkboard would be really useful.
P.S. sounds kinda like some sort of vehicle from Star Wars.

I cant tell if you are being serious. He uses dotted chalk of course.
deathcowsays...One of my analog amplifier instructors would draw dotted lines if he didn't have a bit of alchohol in the morning.
articiansays...Wow, I started watching this expecting him to just be a funny guy...
bobknight33says...His class is on iTunes. They are great to watch. He is a very good instructor

Get away, you don't need it that precise for notes!
GeeSussFreeKsays...The trick, for me, was to hold the chalk perpendicular to the board, instead of at the standard writing angle. More helpful if the face of the chalk is still flat and not worn at an angle.
nach0ssays...The chalk sounds like slowed down cello notes.
rottenseedsays...Dude, you could publish my notes as-is and people would learn from them...my note taking steez is like no other.>> ^dannym3141:

notarobotsays...Magic special effects chalk?
bamdrewsays...the rare 'voluntary essential tremor', a beauty to see in the wild
Ickstersays...Like GeeSussFreeK said, it's just a matter of holding the chalk at the right angle and it happens automatically. I had a teacher do this back in 8th grade (dating myself, I suppose, since we still had chalk boards) and it was mind blowing at first. Then we all figured out how to do it and were constantly up at the board drawing dotted lines for no reason.
Nebosukesays...I think he has a vibrating wrist...
Esoogjokingly says...And now dry erase boards have made him obsolete.

I think he has a vibrating wrist...
When you "pull" _______________/
you get a line.
When you "push" .........................\
it jumps in your hand.
It's technique.

Now can you write that explanation on a chalk board with dotted lines explaining the dotted lines =)
calvadossays...Wish I'd known about this guy! Physics final was yesterday

That's what she said.
