ChaosEnginesays...It's a *quality scene. Beautiful, but unnerving at the same time.
BR 2049 really deserved to do a lot better at the box office.
siftbotsays...Boosting this quality contribution up in the Hot Listing - declared quality by ChaosEngine.
newtboysays...Thanks. I thought it was arguably the most interesting scene in the movie.

Mordhaussays...Creepy AF. *promote
siftbotsays...Promoting this video and sending it back into the queue for one more try; last queued Tuesday, February 27th, 2018 11:08am PST - promote requested by Mordhaus.
Jinxsays...Quite possibly.
Interestingly the people I went to see it with thought the film would have been better without Joi... personally I would have missed it, if not for anything else then for this scene alone.
Thanks. I thought it was arguably the most interesting scene in the movie.
C-notesays...Good sift, watched it twice.
RedSkysays...Most complicated sex scene? Ain't got nothing on me ...
Zawashsays...*animation
siftbotsays...Adding video to channels (Animation) - requested by Zawash.
Fairbssays...I thought it felt tacked on; I think artistically or symbolically it had significance, but I don't think it added much for me; maybe it could have been part of an extended version for the hard core Blade Runner people

entr0pysays...I'm a bit disappointed that the most complicated sex scene of all time involved only two women and one Gosling.
Jinxsays...Yeah, I can totally understand that. Certainly the plot didn't require it and normally I could do without some romantic subplot... but as you say, I think it was deliciously symbolic and complimented the themes of the movie really well. Apart from arguing over whether Deckard is in fact a replicant or not, the topic of debate among friends was the nature of K and Joi's relationship. I mean, for this scene...the real person is faking an intimate relationship, and the fake person...well its not really clear if she is faking it or not. It's simultaneously real and it isn't. I thought it was excellent.

dagsays...Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag.(show it anyway)
I liked the movie quite a bit. Wish it could have been a bit smaller and claustrophobic like the original.
LiquidDriftsays...Agreed, it was extraordinary.
The movie is flawed, I can see why it didn't do well, waaaay too long. My biggest gripe is that we never get an insight into what K is thinking, we're just observing him the whole time. Overall I enjoyed it, but have to wait awhile before slogging through it again at 3 hours.
Thanks. I thought it was arguably the most interesting scene in the movie.
