Were they selling me something? The vast majority of people are not in a position to deal with this company and if they just left out the last 8seconds, I would of thought it was part of a documentary and thought nothing of it. I thought it was quite relaxing to watch.

The guy mixing ink with knives that they showed when talking about the Pantone ink mixing looked just like chocolatiers tempering chocolate.

The point being that whatever you do in life you can bring passion and interest to it. This guy gets a rise from doing a good job and that really comes through in the video. I don't think it's oversold at all. I'm often amazed by how much more there is to simple processes than what we initially think.
