If you lose someone you love, remember where you put them. Through your senses , your eyes, your ears, nose, mouth and touch, you sent all that information to your heart. If this theory is correct, they destroyed nothing, they just hastened their transition to the next meat bag.
If this theory were correct, guilt would be insanity, because any harm you do to others, you pay for by suffering the harm yourself. Empathy becomes an echo rather than a connection.

Every atom? Correct me if i'm wrong but Hydrogen didn't come from stars, and it makes up most of the atoms in the human body. Although it does make me wonder if stars consume all of their Hydrogen before dying.

You’re correct. Some of the hydrogen likely hasn’t been part of another star. I should have said every atom heavier than hydrogen. I don’t think any came from Sol, however. I don’t think gravity lets it escape.
