vairetubesays...is it ok!?... just doing a super advanced yoga.. do not disturb!
dooglesays...yo - I think that cat seriously has a neurological problem.
Seriously.
nibiyabisays...Umm . . . isn't that a seizure?
10801says...thank goodness the owner of this cat rescued it from paralysis.
i would like to invite this person to my next party to turn water into wine for me. i'm thrifty, see.
davidrainesays..."Yes ... well I think I can definitely say that your cat badly needs to be confused."
deathcowsays...boomerang kitty only worked one time
dagsays...Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag.(show it anyway)
feline epilepsy.
andybesysays...Yeah something not right there. It was responsive so it wasn't seizing at the time, but it may have just been recovering from one.
NordlichReitersays...It might have been trained to do that. One way to tell, take a small light and test the pupils to see if they react, if they don't, then you have a medical problem. Its unlikely that any one can keep their pupils from reacting to light stimulus.
On the other hand, if something has epilepsy there is not much you can do about it except create an environment that does not induce seizure.
To those of you out there that might witness a seizure and provide first aid: don't ever put any thing in that persons mouth(or cat). And cradle the head of the victim so that they (cat) do not damage their skulls.
And no you cannot swallow your tongue, but you can choke on it.

Actually, non-epileptic seizures sometimes look exactly like this.
deathcowsays...ehhh being a lazy cat owner, (you do the adjective to noun mapping) i'm not prepared yet to say this isn't just a normal cat
dooglesays...I am.
This isn't a normal cat
Lowensays...It looks like someone took a cat, folded it into a möbius cat, and then cut it in half.
After a while the fold wore off.
Paybacksays...I'm truly sorry if this cat has some sort of mental illness or syndrome.
It doesn't seem to be suffering IMHO.
That being said, the view at 0:55 made me piss my pants laughing. SUPER KITTY!
How do I take a still image of a YouTube? I want that as my avatar...
8296says...looks like a case of ADD... need to put that cat on felin-italin.
AeroMechanicalsays...The cat's head turning at 0:50-55 spooked me and I couldn't watch the rest of the video. I'm sure the cat's fine. They're just weird like that sometimes. I find mine in equally unusual positions and they're often just as catatonic (hehe... get it? Sorry).
enemycombatantsays...I came here from the future to say that both this sift headline and my post are redundant.
grintersays...yogacat haz purr conzentration
Tiversays...The position the cat in wasn't unusual, certainly looks odd but eh my cats do it occasionally. The only thing strange about the cat was the fact it kept staring straight forward. My cats only stare when on the hunt for prey and they usually don't do such in that kind of position... Also if i block their view they look at me kind of pissed.
rychansays...My dog likes to lay around in that position, as well, so that's not abnormal at all. As Tiver said, the weird thing was the cat's gaze, especially at the start.
But I think there might be a trivial explanation -- is the cat watching television?
rottenseedsays...crank dat kitty cat he's doin dat supaman whoa!
budzossays...DO NOT DISTURBS I SEEING DHARMA
entr0pysays..."Your cat is suffering from what we vets haven't found a word for."

deathcowsays...normal cat
AnimalsForCrackerssays...Contortionist cat is contorted.
poolcleanersays...At the height of my cat owning career I owned 9 of them. This is pretty typical behavior. They simply ignore the social norms set up by stupid humans.
Zonbiesays...Looks lik it watched the "Ring" video and didn't sho it to another kitty within 7 days...
bcglorfsays...>> ^deathcow:
boomerang kitty only worked one time
Can't stop laughing at this.
10303says...Kitty probably just saw one of those flash mobs that freeze simultaneously in public places and thought " Hey! I can do that! "
