It's too bad they cast Tom Cruise; it looks like they might have had something here.

Tom Cruise can carry the screen. He may be a nut case but he's a talented one.

I was put off Tom Cruise movies for a while because he's a crazy nutbag, but then I remembered he's an actor; so it doesn't really matter.

To serve Xenu or not to serve Xenu, that is the question that I feel is posed by this movie trailer.

If and when they make Half Life into a movie I hope it doesn't look as shitty as this. Or cast someone as awful as Tom Cruise. Has CGI not progressed since the Lost in Space movie, or the backstreet boys "Larger than Life" video?

Couldn't agree more. Definitely going to follow this movie, though I'm a bit worried that it has 'rehashed Hollywood scifi' written all over it. Future trailers will tell.
