Kangaroo eating a penguin on the beach

YouTube Description:

World-first, groundbreaking footage of a kangaroo eating a penguin on the beach. Captured by Sam from Rustic Pathways Travel in March 2013, this footage challenges current beliefs that kangaroos are strict herbivores. Our favourite skippy is not so friendly any more!

They're normally herbivores. Their exact diet depends on where they live, but is usually going to be grasses or leaves... like deer.

Uh... what do kangaroos eat normally? Cuz, I didn't think it was penguins...

Honestly I would like some back ground information.. not only for myself but for those that also are wondering why a penguin is on sand... on tropical water.. oh and the fact someone said it is a penguin. Oh they also said it was being eated by a known being known for the dawwnunder scenario.. or africa etc. but really ??? an actual penguin .. Source ?

put this info in the info spot because it seems bs to all those that watch it, why would some one upvote this thinking... blach I will leave it at that, I have a bunny running around my living room for the first time. holy shitfuck do they move fast in open spaces. and so effin darn curious. I mean.. they are snow boots, OOOOoO I will turn them on their side so he can go in them.. a gave of feet smell. ]

Sorry for the rant, no one else around but a certain small thinger to listen to my blah blah blah.

BUNNY ADVICE: You may start finding those little trails of rabbit pellets along the perimeter of your rooms and maybe some gnawed edges of furniture-OH, and the underside of any bed or couch or anything they can get underneath...check that form time to time. Set your self a limit of how much you're gonna spend on the little guy-A good general rule of thumb is, if it costs more to care for than a cat, or you find yourself about to take the thing to a vet every other month, make best use of yer cash and buy yerself a stew pot and and some veggies.

Amongst the diversity of extinct australian megafauna is the Propleopus oscillans, a carnivorous kangaroo. Perhaps this one is just reverting to type. Evolution in progress. Take that, creationists!

There are certainly penguins on the south coast of Australia, most famously their nesting spots Victor Harbour - http://www.tourismvictorharbor.com.au/whales_penguins.html and Phillip Island - http://www.penguins.org.au/

Their actual range goes at least as far north as New South Wales, but not quite southern Queensland (where Rustic Pathways are based).

Mutant Roo,, they're called "Fangaroos" by locals. Australia is trying to cover up their existence. A lot of people have been waking up and finding these things standing beside their beds, or getting in the car at night and about a mile down the road realizing there is one in the backseat.

If I lived near these I'd catch and release and put handguns with hollow-points in their pouches....maybe a belt with some boxing gloves around their wast, a whole marsupial utility-belt kinna get-up...freak some twankers the fuck out.

I have fed several species of deer, meat, to their apparent relish. Cooked, Mostly in Texas.

Spaghetti meat sauce and chili was very popular with them too.

...fallow deer, axis deer, mule deer, and whitetail deer. No fangs though.

Unless they live in Australia, in which case they will kill and eat anything that moves, like every other creature in Australia, apparently.
