Fearless tiny puppy!

A fearless puppy smaller than the German Shepherd's head shows everybody who's the boss!

I'm not sure that's a puppy. I think it may be a fully grown small dog, a Chihuahua mix of some kind if I had to guess from the sound and size. Note that the Shepherd is on his back with his belly showing almost the entire time -- a sign of submissive play. The tiny dog knows he's in no danger and in any event he's the alpha of the two. Sounds like the owners know it too. Great video!

My mom's 12 pound mini-schnauzer plays with my 80 lb shepherd mix the same way. The little one is definitely not dominant - the big guy is just letting him know it's ok to do whatever. The schnauzer will actually nip at my dog's face, biting cheeks and ears, and the big guy just swings his head when he's had enough. It's adorable as all get out.

btw - I'm pretty sure that is a puppy. I don't think it's a chihuahua - possibly a wire haired terrier (though the color is wrong).

By the way... there is no alpha dog in the world going to act like that to a submissive packmate... that is a scared friggin little dog at first.. he calms down soon enough.

But you guys are crazy if you don't think that little dog is acting scared as hell. Get him before he gets me.
