Whore is a bit slangish for this, however, I will agree with you that it is inappropriate as long as you never have exchanged a word to slightly mean something it does not really mean. For example, LawDee is a dick. While I do in fact have a penis, I am not fully a dick, and therefore you cannot call my whole person a dick. That goes for ass-holey, dumbass, gaytard, loser (What did I lose? And where did I put it?)

This rule must also apply to words that have a dual meaning---unless you correctly note what intended meaning you implied. "The bear was in the buff." Wait, did you mean "the naked was in the muscled." Or, "The animal was naked."


Of course I am being facious. But you must remember, you are your own culture. Sure, you can try to change it, but slangism is what we do. And sports teams is what she does.

I think it's good to be reflective about our attitudes about sex and gender, and to keep in mind that people are all different when it comes to sex and that's fine, but I think that's not the whole picture.

We call WoW obsessives nerds or dorks, we call frat guys bros or douchebags, we call Scientologists cultists, and we call Wall St. guys greedy. Her activity of choice is sex with anybody who's there... her activity is of no benefit to herself or anyone else (the odds seem good that she's spreading permanent STDs), and in her document she seems to exhibit a pattern of carelessness and insensitivity toward self-discipline and ethics... there doesn't seem any reason to make her exempt from normal social criticism.

My point is that one, two, ten, five, there is no line except the line society draws. And it has been drawn here. I could care less, so long as we apply things fairly, and I think Chilaxe has a great point---which, in a way, was close to mine.

We could, also, say that she had sex to broadcast her exploits into fame. So she is a literal fame-whore. She gained something from the sex that is tangible...and...

I mean , if someone offers 100K, and you take it, you are a whore. If someone offers a job for a "job", you are a whore, if someone offers to make you famous, or you have sex with them to make yourself famous, you are a whore.
