I'm thinking maybe he doesn't know what bragging mean? It seems like he thinks the term only applies if he is lying (or doesn't believe what he is saying to be true.)

Terrifyingly, this man is 1/3 of where Trump gets his "information", and the other 2/3 often quote him as a reputable source.
