"After a long 9 months apart, our dog, Emmitt Thunderpaws, is REALLY HAPPY to see his favorite person again! He smelled him in the house and then ran outside to greet him. Dogs are awesome :)"

Best name for a Dog EVER!

It's not a matter of being afraid of your own dog, but being afraid of the dog's size. My parents have a dog of similar size (though more heavy and less tall) and one can't help but cringe when he comes at you really excited. He would never hurt someone on purpose, but 120 pounds coming at you at 15mph tends to make one cower.

I've had the opportunity to encounter a Great Dane before, those dogs are awesome! And stay away from their tail when their wagging it, it's like a metal cable being whipped around...

I call FAKE! This guy is too small to be a soldier!
