In my opinion this is a pretty huge moment in TV history. I'm going to take the rare privilege of a self*promote for this one.

I'm with him 100% about getting rid of the taboo. I used to smoke pretty openly around my college campus and get either one of two things: (1) Dirty looks, or (2) High fives! =)

Fucking Legalize it...and give that man a Nobel Peace Prize...he deserves it more than half the people who get it. I want someone to go on tv like that and get naked and go "look it's the human body...lets wake up people it's not that big of a deal!"

It's not the first time I've seen someone smoke a joint on live TV. I can't remember specifically when I've seen it, but I clearly remember thinking, "I wonder if there's going to be legal action?" What I quickly deduced was that the person could claim it was just a regular cigarette (or whatever) rolled to look like a joint.
