I do like that the high price is because it's high quality, unlike many designer bags that you are only paying for the name.

I recommend Chrome bags for something that is more practical. Still expensive ($100-$200), but will last forever. Most local "pro" bicycle shops carry them, if you want to check out in person. And those same shops will usually order a custom one for you at the same price as the website.

$600 for the bag? Not too shabby. I was looking at a $300 bag, but might take a look at these now. And no, that's not sarcasm. Either that or I'm going to have a local leatherworker I know make me a bag. Will probably run around $400, but the cool thing is I get to help design it with all the pockets I want/need.

And frankly, I wouldn't buy a bag if it was under $200. Just not worth it. For all the reasons he mentioned.
