Of course he's not doing anything illegal. But it is absolutely immoral. And a very stupid thing for a business owner to do. He acts like he's retarded. If he had half a brain he would not put those out where the public could see them, just make them for other racist assholes that he knows. This could really hurt his business, and therefor hurt anybody he employs.
