I thought her American accent was pretty bloody decent actually. True there's many different accents in the U.S. but don't you guys also have a "common" one that news readers and actors and that use so they're easier to understand no matter where you're watching from? At least that's what I guy I used to work with (who was born and raised in the States) said.

I love how it's all the white people that are kicking up a stink. The few black people the reporter does interview don't seem too upset at all.
