Trump, at 1.8 years in had 89 indictments and already 24 convictions (more now, 36 guilty pleas for Republican Mueller's investigation alone) with Republicans in FULL CONTROL (and he still couldn't get wall funding, Muslim bans, or kill the ACA, and barely even got his deficit exploding tax cut for millionaires).
Bush had 16 indictments, all convictions, and until Trump was considered our dumbest, most incompetent president...not anymore.

Obstruction charge is not a nothing burger, it's also not over by far....it was quashed here by Barr, but Mueller was clear there was action that amounts to obstruction, but he was unable to charge the president due to DOJ rules and would not make a declaration if he couldn't make a charge. The report is clear, he was not allowed to make a conclusion, and Barr is a fixer for Trump, always has been clearly and unambiguously, it's why he was nominated.
The report delineated dozens of attempts to obstruct justice by Trump that his advisors knew were illegal and persuaded him to abandon....and they were usually fired for it.


What we can see undeniably is Trump has publicly outright lied about nearly every point in the report...thousands of times....and his administration has fully fallen in line and repeated his lies to you, now admitted under oath, but we know you don't care.
You wouldn't care that Barron's real mother is his 1/2 sister. There's absolutely nothing you could learn about Trump that would change your mind about him, cultists are like that.

We now know that when Trump said "fake news" it meant "that's true" every time.

Also, we have a redacted 400 page report and Barr's word as to what's in there (he has a history of outright lying in his summaries, so this can't be taken at face value).

We also have investigators for the Muller team saying Barr's conclusion does not follow from the report they handed him.

Incidentally, even Barr, as deep in the tank as he is for Trump, had to define "collusion" as equivalent to a criminally provable conspiracy in his summary to make it deniable. Clearly he wouldn't have needed to redefine the word if the President wasn't guilty under the standard definition. Ergo, clearly the President and his team DID collude with Russia. It may not amount to a federal crime, but they absolutely did collude. Hell, they've even admitted it publicly (after getting caught).

If it's not obvious, my replies are mostly not meant for Bob. He is closed to any new information that isn't Trump branded. He does read some, and has repeatedly privately agreed with my assessments in an effort to look more reasonable and less Russian, but won't do so publicly.

My replies are meant to inject some fact into the debate, contradicting the cultist beliefs and known lies the right has no problem spreading today. Without contradiction, those lies gain traction with those ignorant of the facts, and once entrenched the lies are infinitely more difficult to eradicate.
