NicoleBeesays...Well, at least the guy wasn't already on the truck when the driver decided he was out of there.
notarobotsays...So.. when are we getting that * fail channel installed?
residuesays...OK, just toss her in reverse and scoop em back up
NordlichReitersays...if he would have kept going it would have been fine.
bamdrewsays...those things are heavy duty, I bet they're fiiiine
Trancecoachsays...that could be why they're working for Target
hixsonjsays...I love how they just watch in awe as the fail unfolds before them.

More like, driver forgot to take his alzheimer's medicine.
jimnmssays...So that's why you can never get a shopping cart that doesn't have a fucked up wheel on it.
Aemaethsays...At first, then the carts seemed to dropping off in an orderly way and restacking, I was thinking BRILLIANT! That quickly faded.
SDGundamXsays...Looks like some people need a refresher in high school physics--particularly in the areas of momentum and friction!
I like how that one guy just stands there with his hands on his hips like, "Now what?"

The driver has nothing to do with this, fyi. Many Semi doors open horizontally, not vertically, so they have to be driven out from the dock to be closed. It's always the loaders' responsibility to secure the load.
13439says......except it looks like the driver took off without any okay signal, unless of course one of the guys in the loading bay shouted "good to go" or something equally silly.

Since when? First rule of hauling any load: Never trust anyone else to secure your load.
My question is why wasn't there a truck restraint on that dock. The trailer shouldn't have been able to pull out if the restraint was properly secured.
Paybacksays...Bob's 100% right, the driver got lazy, paid the price. Probably had too far to walk to check it out.
Love how the driver started to move away again causing a second avalanche.
brycewi19says...Pay less? Sure.
Expect more? Not so much!

Here's the normal sequence, for anyone who's never loaded a semi or straight truck with product:
1. Trailer is backed in, locked or chocked.
2. Trailer is loaded
3. LOAD IS SECURED
4. Trailer is unlocked/unchocked
5. Driver pulls out anywhere from 5-20 feet, gets out, and checks load/closes doors/tags door/etc..
6. Driver drives away, and at the first left turn, product shifts, causing damage (I kid, I kid)
7. Product arrives at destination, customer promptly calls product company to report damage
Notice how number 3 is BEFORE number 5? Doesn't matter how much of a moron the driver is, it's the responsibility of the loader to secure the load each and every time, period, no matter what the product is. If they don't, well, this video shows it.
calvadossays...*wheels! Come on, people!
siftbotsays...Adding video to channels (Wheels) - requested by calvados.
CaptainPlanet420says...Leave it to Liberalsift kids to get into an argument about carts falling out of a semi trailer. Failtacular.
