Scary Ghost Elevator Prank

Holy shit that would freak me out

What, no reveal? The thing that makes a good prank is to let the "victim" know that they had just been had.
To not reveal that they have been fooled/pranked is not a good prank, it's just mean-spirited.

I think I would be at first concerned that the numbers were going up while the elevator was lacking movement... but as much as I would like to think I'm fairly rational I'd probably be scared too, "Ah! What the F*?!" then punch the ghost... "Oh... little kid... sorry..."

I think this kind of thing could only work in Latin countries (European, South American) because they're so hung up on religious and "supernatural" shit. You do that here and people would just laugh, knowing it's a prank straight away.

Seriously, these people believe in ghosts and cower when something frightens them?

Genius prank but IMO it would have been so much better for them to have flickered the lights on to reveal her then immediately cut the lights. I wouldn't have had the girl acknowledge their presence or scream either, but I don't have an elevator to do this my way.

I'd bet they tried to filter people who were pretty suggestible and believed in ghosts.

That said, you could be as rational as Dawkins and still have this poop your pants.
