Driving into a MONSTER dust storm in Australia

Pretty sure I would be driving in the opposite direction....

That is just awesome.

Of course I'd love to know what part of Oz this is. Recently travelled from Melbourne, Vic to Renmark, South Australia (a desert town on the river Murray), and drove through some nice dust storms, but NOTHING like this, this is just truly awesome.

I hope they switched their aircon to recirculate!

Anyone want to slap on a *nsfw for a bit of swearing?

Great video. Pretty happy we don't get those where I live, though tornadoes and blizzards aren't exactly fun either.

Honestly, how does NSFW even apply to a bit of swearing? Who uses speakers at work to watch non-work related internet videos? If you do, you're probably going to be unemployed anyhow, so the point of the tag is lost.

Poster over at liveleak sais it was filmed by him just outside Broken Hill in New South Wales near the South Australian Border.

Ahh, thanks for that... ok then, not that far from where we were in the dust storms then.

But I think I might consider NOT driving into one that big!

Wow. They were going WAY too fast inside that monster.
And they'll regret that once their engine seizes on them.

I was wondering about their car -- I figure the air filter would just choke up and the engine would stall out once it inhaled too much dust. But if they knew engines they could probably still bang the dust out of the filter and keep going.

Well I like to know that a video has swearing or anything inappropriate so I don't have my little children right here when I watch it. But that's just me. NSFW can also mean not suitable for kids.
