11 year-old film critic, Lights Camera Jackson, reviews movies and interviews celebrities in his eerie talk-show-host/chipper-news-anchor way.

Shows u how somplistic a job manny presenters have.

this is not realy that remarcable , if u consider how hard it is for a child to learn a language.

ITs cool however that the kid has found something he is realy good at such a young age and im sure he can make some good money doing it , allso unlike other "kid stars" its easy to see how he can keep doing this as he grows up so it has future potentail.

I also think he's very good at this... I don't know...
I just hope he's not being pushed to do this by his parents or whatever.
If he's the real deal though, I can definitely see him having a long career as a professional film critic.

The most surprising thing about this video is that the kid wasn't actually that annoying, and my rage meter stayed at 0 the whole time. Pretty damned good job, actually.

You are spot on. Television news and entertainment is written at a 5 year olds intelligence level, thats the benchmark, Thats what the networks, and the government think of WE THE PEOPLE. Keep it simple and talk to us as pre-schoolers. Even an 11 year old can do it, and this little kid does it very well.

this kid just likes yapping a lot basically, perfect job for him, he needs a better haircut though, his image is gonna need changing when he's older and hasn't got the "savvy kid adorable to the mums watching" card to play, but he does seem genuinely knowledgeable for a young age, unless there's a writer behind everything he's saying, even then he's still good at presenting.

Entropy has it on the money. Its all very easy to say "an 11yr old can do it!" but it's most definitely not. Look at most of the tweeny presenters you get with disney all the time, its so clear they're all just repeating crap they've memorized for the most part you end up with a very stilted sounding piece whenever they're doing a commercial or even just asking questions to kids on the street or whatever. This guy makes everything sound natural like he's just talking to you as opposed to presenting a news piece. Which is the key to great presentation. It's not easy by any stretch, not just because 80% of us get some sort of nerves when in proximity to a camera. Might not be much but even a small amount can change the overall effect. Credit where its due, the kids got chops. I just hope he doesn't turn into the usual "I know everything" tv personality.
