Someone edited Star Wars Ep 1-2-3 into one 85 minute film
...and we'll apparently never get to see it.

Is it any good? I've been meaning to watch The Phantom Edit. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Phantom_Edit
Is there even 85 minutes of good material in the prequels?
'Someone'?
I think it's fitting to mention it's Topher Grace. I had no idea until this came up that he was such a film nerd and that he loves to edit.
And apparently... it's pretty good.
I like Topher Grace, he was pretty awesome in 'In Good Company'.
These fan edits can be amazing. The original Two Towers purist edit saved that film for me, and I've been meaning to investigate these.
As a LOTR fag it's tough to imagine anything could make Star Wars watchable, but cutting away 80% of the running time is probably its best chance.
I have no idea who Topher Grace is. Should I? I am desperately hoping the edit finds its way onto the net at some point. I'd love to see it.
Someone please submit them here.
I'd love to see it. Sci-fi, especially space-opera sci-fi should never be as turgid the drivel Lucas served up with the prequels.
