I like the feature. How often do you downvote a comment that it becomes a nuisance? It just makes sure my head's in the right place if I do decide to downvote.

The idea is to prevent accidental down-votes.

I like it. The extra step makes sure you're really intending on downvoting something you find inappropriate, not just annoying or something you disagree with.

well whatever then, I still find it mildly annoying, if only because it requires me to expend the energy to move my cursor and click a second time... but I seem to never need that extra moment of consideration, especially when it comes to downvoting MINK's comments, yep, no hesitation there... ever.

My vote is to keep it. Without it there used to be a lot of accidental downvoting. Happened to my vids several times - at least that's what people claimed!
