antmlx: Nope. You meant stingers, not bites. Look at the ants carefully. It is the stings that make you allergic. I bet you have the same problems with bees, wasps, etc.
choggiei can take the sting of any insect, and the bites from some snakes....and wallow in poison ivy and sumac...no prob...thank you Auntie V, and uncle Genes!
