Sniper007says...They cheated and used an Asian. Unfair advantage.
oohlalasassoonsays...And now they're ready for Battlefield 7 when it comes out in 9 years or so.
deathcowsays...is this where we put our shipping address
Orzsays...As near as I can figure out on the Digital Storm website, a rig like this will cost about $17,236. The Titans are about $1k each but Nvidia has a card that's $5k.
OverLordsays...Bring on Star Citizen!
ChaosEnginesays...That $5k Nvidia card is a quadro. It's a workstation card, designed more for CAD or 3d visuals. I'm not sure the difference would actually be that big for games.
I was kinda disappointed they didn't go SSD for the storage, but holy roller-blaing christ..... quad titans!!!

ChaosEnginesays...@Orz, out of curiosity, I priced this build myself.

Couldn't find that specific case or the water cooling, but even allowing $2000 (which is ridiculous) for case and cooling, it still comes in under $10k if you build it yourself.
Then add about another $3300 for a 4k monitor (not much point building this thing to run 1080p)
There ya go. 4k gaming for less than $15k.
Orzsays...I swear they said 4TB HDD & a 480GB SSD for games. The case they are using is the Digital Storm Aventum II Pro. http://www.digitalstormonline.com/aventum-ii.asp?workstation=1
Except for adding multiple video cards, you can almost build the PC in the vid on that site.

lucky760says...Is that the uniform at PC Gamer or are they just trying to look like triplets? T-shirt, sweatshirt, glasses, 5 o'clock shadow, etc.
articiansays...PC Gamer still exists?
KrazyKat42says...I got a little hard watching this.
ForgedRealitysays...Why in the shit would they use the now-slow Titan when they could use the r290 or the even better GTX780 Ti?
poolcleanersays...They had this thing just chilling at Blizzcon this year and I totally jacked off to it.
