Man. I want this on ALL the time. Engage.
EMPIREsays...I could see myself in a ship with this sound as background noise. I think I could take it.
ravermansays...Given that the engines are distanced enough to dampen any vibrations, and the power source is nuclear / quantum in nature... What's causing that noise? The life support fans?
Zyrxilsays...It's the Quantum Calmness Generator installed on all Starfleet ships to promote harmony and wellbeing between Borg attacks.
AeroMechanicalsays...Negative chronitom particles ejected at high velocity from phased plasma amplifier interact with low entropy bosons crossing the warp manifold event horizon. These bosons, now drained of trigonometric energy, collide with the gravimetric shielding surrounding the fusion relays thereby inducing oscillations in the ship's hull integrity field, thus producing low frequency oscillations in the ship's artificial atmosphere.
edit: Hm, that was supposed to be in response to raverman. Well, that doesn't make any sense now.

Actually there were a few good parts before that.
csnel3says...I opened up some Allman Bros. in a new window , and muted this. They synced up suprisingly well , It made this video awesome.
BoneRemakesays...It needs some of the random sonar ping sounds. This would aid me in sleeping if I wanted to position a separate set of speakers near my fuck slab.
redyellowbluesays...Its the sound and vibration of commander data furiously polarizing his turbo shaft.
antsays...1.4 GB according to clive download.
Gallowflaksays...Finally, a background environment in which to practice my Patrick Stewart impression.
Drachen_Jagersays...Doesn't this need a *long tag?
Yeah yeah, I know you hate me sifty.
siftbotsays...Invocations (long) cannot be called by Drachen_Jager because Drachen_Jager is not privileged - sorry.
RadHazGsays...it has one already by default, little yellow tag on the right there.
oOPonyOosays...Nice. Close, but has a high pitch that pisses me off. This feels more Zen. http://www.trekcore.com/audio/background/tng_engine_1.mp3

jimnmssays...I'm going to install speakers in every room of my house and have this going all the time.
