Not really the fault of the Justice Squad if he chooses to drive off unsafely? Pretty sure he'd be the only one in trouble if he managed to get in an accident.

I don't think "But I didn't put the stickers on! So it's not manslaughter." is a valid excuse.

Personally, I have zero sympathy for the guy at all.

Would have been "funnier" if the guy had showed up with his leg in a cast. As someone who was handicapped for a year and a half, I don't think we need vigilantes enforcing the parking code. (I also think we ought to have two levels of handicap parking, one for people who can walk and one for those who can't)

On a technical note, my god that compression artifact... is this old? recent? Because it's almost unwatchable... even free p0rn videos had less compression artifacts than this.
