Well when viewing a video that starts with a message stating "Actual phone call to apple tech support", we're led to believe that, yes, it is going to be a real phone call. Thus ultimately making a lot of people disappointed when it becomes clear that this is not the case. Admittedly, I was playing Devil's Advocate. I figured it was a parody, and enjoyed it regardless, but also understood why people would be confused. Thought I'd just give an explanation as to why.
