Paris Hilton Responds To McCain's Ad (PWNAGE)

Paris Hilton was the subject of a Political attack ad paid for by Republicans. Now she stars in a humorous response. Well, it's funny for everyone who isn't responsible for the Republican attack ad. Can I put this in the world affairs channel?

Holy crap... something with Paris Hilton talking which I... actually... liked.

Is there some sort of ungodly alignment of planets or devilish forces at play here?

How is this so? I must build a bunker immediately, the end of the world must be nigh.

Damn you Marinara! You made me upvote Paris Hilton!!!
"I'm Paris Hilton and I approved this mesage, because it's totally hot."

She went one further and gave a reason for approving the message! Come on Candidates!

Paris: 1 McCain: 0

I'm surprised Republicans Neocons can even bring themselves to pronounce her name, aka a city in the country that must not be named with a <GASP> 35 hour work week and <SHUDDER> healthcare. Damn blue collar commies.

Freedom Hilton? Liberty Hilton?

If anyone remembers her Saturday Night Live cameo about "getting into" a Paris, Hilton (was it with Arj Barker?), I guess she's good at making fun of herself.

And we thought she was only good at making a fool of herself.

(There's your labored pun of the day).

edit: changed Des Walker from Arj Barker. Why the heck did I type Des Walker? And why did I suddenly remember I typed Des Walker right after waking up from an after-work nap???

"...I'm just hot."

There's that evolution of language again. Back in my day, "hot" was reserved for attractive people who were in shape. Now, apparently, you can fill a latex glove with sauerkraut, add a crooked nose and a lazy eye and it's "hot".

I don't understand why this is flagged terrible, *nochannel, wrong. This actually has high production values and isn't a major mainstream release (the latter criterion being frequently ignored but one of guiding principles behind the channel).

But *news, *politics, *comedy, *philosophy, *election08, *lies stay, and of course, *femme comes on.

Ok, seriously this is what all the hype was about? This wouldn't have been funny even if I hadn't heard all about how 'hilarious' it was. They could have hired better writers for her lines... Or just not involved Paris at all that would have been cool.

Paris is only throwing more fuel on the fire... The idea was that Obama has been acting more like a celebrity rather than a canadate(SP?)... By doing this, it is only showing that McCain's Point was proven...

NetRunnersays...

^ That's actually a better spin than what the McCain campaign used. They essentially said they viewed it as an endorsement of their energy plan.

BTW, why does Paris Hilton releasing an ad bashing McCain support McCain's point?

Didn't you find it shocking to hear Paris sounding almost intelligent?

I see it as totally blowing holes in McCain's point, since she made it obvious how ludicrous it was to say she and Obama are like totally the same.
