Why anyone would find any you tube comment offensive is strange to me.

her analogy is also slightly false in the sense that a comment on a video although it might have impact on some people that are overly sensative anyone that's cultured in the internet would simply know not to take a comment especially on you tube to hart unless the comment was logical and correct.

In fact simply by evaluating the logic of a comment you can determine if its worth getting affected by in any way.

Also the type of people that simply write offensive stuff on a you tube video are ether trolling or stupid in both cases it would be strange to take offence to it.

what she says is fine for tangible things for example when people get stalked or phones hacked property damaged or if sum one specifcaly targets your group of friends or austrisizes you from your community. but not a random comment on a website that was likely made by a 14yr old having a "lol".

Finally the targeted people of her video would ignore her video so the video was a complete waist of time other than her trying to get credit from people that are sensitive to retarded comments.

I'm kind of meh on the whole You Tube deal, but this is a personal motto of mine. Would be nice to see more people live by it.

It could be that the purpose was just a cathartic release; people do this a lot, acting to satisfy emotional requirements without really having a long-term objective. It's very common, and human. The difference is that people forget, and the internet doesn't.

She's british so this concept makes perfect sense to her but it doesn't to me as an American. Some guy recently posted some racist remarks about a footballer in England and got arrested for it. I don't agree with that.
