Why can't any of these fake-homemade viral ads ever look like they're really candid? The surprise was spoiled for me before the bear ever showed up just because of how it was shot and the bad acting.

This looks staged to me, guys. The reactions of the people on first seeing the bear were just too calm. I think they would have been freaking out a little more if it was real. Also, when the bear was playing guitar, the chords we heard were not the ones that he was playing, I think. I don't know, maybe I'm too cynical.

Such terrible, terrible acting. Can't you fool us for the first 10 seconds of the video, at least? You probably spent 5x as much on the cg bear as the actors.
