Only way I would upvote it is if he got up and picked his arm up off the ground, maybe did a little joking around with it.

I don't post stuff like this basically ever. I dislike videos that glorify violence or the suffering of others. I think the contents of the video are, well, horrifying. It is a real tragedy. If the community deems this not to be appropriate on the sift, so be it. For me, this is the most effective PSA for driving safely/responsibly I've ever seen.

Please drive safely and please buckle up.

Yep, I agree - it's snuff. I'll leave it here for a bit for dissenting views - but I think it should go.

I see this again this morning and I'm still astounded that they didn't wear their seat belts. I can only think of a couple incidents that I've ever heard of that a seat belt was the reason for dying. There's no good reason not to use a seat belt. WHY!

Other countries need those annoying click it or ticket commercials.

To be fair, that was a very violent crash. I'm not sure how much seatbelts would have helped.
