First off why the fuck does she video the interaction with her neighbor when discussing these neighbor issues? If you ask me that's provoking all on it's own. That's not what good neighbors do to resolve issues.

Kids on trampoline always peepin what you're doing is kinda annoying but barking dogs piss me off. If your defense is "that's what dogs do" then fuck you. If your dogs are barking outside at 6:30am bring the fucker in. I love animals, but dogs that constantly bark in close neighborhoods are a nuisance. End of barking dog rant.

There's little question that she put the trampoline on the fenceline to provoke Billy to create drama for more videos, knowing she would react and they could film it.
If I were Billy, I would set up a permanent mannequin orgy in my yard so mom would want to block her kid's view of my yard...but that's just me. Dad taught me that to manage people effectively, you need to get them to want to do what you want them to. Granted, he meant by making them want to please you, but sometimes you just have to get it how you can. ;-)

Dogs that bark outside at 6am deserve calls to animal control every time it happens. The woman recording is also a provocative bitch to say 'barking is what dogs do at 6am, we won't stop it.' Billy could sue her for that in many jurisdictions, but knowing Billy she'll likely harm the dog instead. She is not the nice, reasonable person she presents herself as in her videos, she's a passive aggressive provocateur....but Billy's a total nutjob.
Intentionally provoking nutjobs isn't smart, even if it's how you make money. Good thing for them both this is almost certainly fake/comedy.

I think not. A little too over the top. There's never any real damage, Billy often attacks them by pouring a drink on the driveway and other innocuous actions that look outrageous but do absolutely no damage. If this was real, one would expect less flailing and more action. After looking closer at other videos, I think it's all faked for clicks and they're in cahoots.

I may have thought this Woman's demeanor seemed fake also, but back in the day I knew a young woman who was a tweaker and had a very similar demeanor. She was an acquaintance of a friend and was generally entertaining when around(in small doses).

True, but not definitive. People have involved the police in fakes before. They might think it's worth a trespassing ticket for the views.....or she might really be bat shit crazy.
I did find one comment claiming Billy was a local comic, but that's just a comment, not evidence.
Either way, I'm glad neither are my neighbors.
