The full video starts with her actually sitting on the chair at face level, and she moves around the room, and its actually about a minute and a half in that she finally gets up on the table, and... well, you see what happens here.

Tenant on the floor below: "Honey! Kids! Everybody get under a doorway or a table and duck 'n' cover! This is the big one!"

^judging from the video, it doesn't seem that under a table is the safest place to be.
