I think in this case the problem is that RedLasso is not (yet) on the accepted host list.

Daggerino is right, of course. If you're not Gold or above you can only submit from the "Sweet 16" Video Hosts. Scroll down the sidebar until you find the Video Hosts box. Sorry, marinara.
