Why is VS so slow today? Navigating from one page to another is like walking through a swamp. I've also noticed it's been kind of slow off and on in recent days, but today takes the cake. Someone pull the gerbil out of blankfist's ass and put it on the wheel already.

Here's an update. We're a twin engine plane running on a single engine. One of our two web servers is down at the moment, so we are half speed. Lucky may have located the problem though and we hope to have both engines running before peak time tomorrow - (or else this plane will crash spectacularly)

Is this plane Oceanic 815? Are we going to crash onto an uncharted island? Is SiftBot the black smoke?

For me the slowdown seems to be resolved since ~2min ago.

*edit* For me the slowdown seemed to be resolved for a couple of minutes.

*edit2* 15min later and VS is lag-free again.

And will I lose my username and come back as a string of numbers: 4 8 15 16 23 42?

Will we have to reset the timers too?

Backup - what's that? I'm happy to report that both engines are running, you can use the toilets now (though no congregating)

I am actually very glad every one is having problems - I was beginning to think my kids screwed up my computer playing more of those Free-Internet-Flash-Games!

(I'm currently running without anti-virus or firewall. Just can't afford to replace my old outdated one so I just removed it all..... Suggestions? Free-suggestions??)
