Sift Shop Scavenger Hunt #2 - Doctor Who Spinning TARDIS
Greetings Sifters! Announcing a new VideoSift Shop Scavenger Hunt where you have the opportunity to win one of three great prizes, including your very own Doctor Who Spinning TARDIS ($44.95 value) from Shop.VideoSift.com!
It is simple for everyone to participate. We'll give you a starting clue and you'll use it to find a video on VideoSift that has keyword #1. Along with that keyword will be a clue for #2, and so on. There is a total of four clues for this contest.
Once you've found all keywords, just join them together with dashes as the VideoSift.com entry page address. For example, if there were two answer keywords "front" and "arrow," the entry page would be:
http://videosift.com/front-arrow
On the entry page, simply post a comment to enter yourself into the contest! At the close of the contest, three winning entrants will be selected at random for the following prizes:
(clue removed now that winners have been selected)
Get started before it's too late! Entries will be accepted starting Jun 21, 2011 and ending Jun 27 of the same year at 11:59pm PST.
(P.S. Be sure you don't share any results or clues with anyone or you'll both be disqualified, and besides, the fewer the participants, the greater your chances of winning!

Floating? It needs to move around. Can we get a REAL Tardis?
^No man, this this is awesome! I've had my eye on this for some time now. It's cool - like bowties!
Was the larger than life sized version unavailable?

That's way too big!
The instructions for this contest make absolutely no sense at all.
If it's not bigger on the inside, I don't want it.

It's intended to inform that we'll give you a starting clue and you should use that to find a specific video that has keyword #1. What makes no sense about the next part? This is intended to inform that along with keyword #1 will be a clue instructing how to find keyword #2. What makes no sense about the next part? This is intended to inform that you will need to find four clues and keywords. After that, the instructions say that once you have your four keywords, you join them together with a dash "-" and browse that page on videosift.com. It even includes an example. The instructions for this contest make absolutely no sense at all.
Well that's no good. It's certainly not our intention to make the instructions hard to follow.
Please help us clarify one bit at a time. What makes no sense about this part?
We definitely want it to be as clear as possible. Please help us understand the part(s) with which you're having difficulty making any sense. Thanks!
Yeah, when I use the starting clue to find the video (which I think I did), will the video actually say "keyword #1" somewhere on it? Where? In the comments? Or are we just supposed to guess which part of the video is the keyword?
are the keywords the same thing as tags?
@turboj0e: No, they are just special words used for a special contest entry URL, not related to tags in any way. Each of the "answer" pages explicitly tells you where the keyword for that answer page is.
"Answer" pages?
>> ^burdturgler:
"Answer" pages?
Yes. A page with an answer (a.k.a. keyword).
Wait, I just typed "answer" on my typewriter and nothing happened. Is it supposed to start my PC and print out the tardis prize? Do I have to cover up the keywords on my monitor with wite-out first?
my tardis came out of my "Compact Disc" slot

Someone told me you had to write "mouse click" on the screen, but nothing happened and now I can't get it off.
I hate Dr. Who. Can't wait to win this thing and take a poop on it.
So who won?

Thanks, I did a search, it never came up for me with Scavenger Hunt. When you go to the link it says "Sacavenger".
