Ladybug, Daphne, mlx, Kuga, Raven..... I could go on and on(and, oddly, now that I look at it the ones I miss are all the females o_O).

I miss so many members it depresses me to think about it. It's rather sad how they just pass out of our Internet lives as if they were dead, although they're probably still out there somewhere, just not here. I suppose with some excellent detective work we could find them, but that's not very easy.

Community participation is cyclical. I'm sure someone has written a thesis about it- but I've learned to accept that's just the way it is.

I miss these people too- and I appreciate the people who still manage to stay around over the years. There's also always a new generation of Sifters get to know, which is the upside.

One thing about karaidl... he's got a pretty unique username. A google search indicates there's a matching aol screen name, so I'm guessing "karaidl" on aim is our long-lost buxom black man.
